Born in 1971 in Belgrade, where he graduated from secondary electrical engineering school.
From an early age, he fell in love with photography, and during his education he participated in numerous national and federal competitions in the old SFRY.
After finishing high school, he joined the army, and during that year the breakup of Yugoslavia and the ensuing wars began.
In 1995, he started working at BK Television, first as a driver, then as a scheduler, later as a video editor and 3D animator.
In 2000, he moved to the IU info channel, where he does the same video editing and 3D animation work.
From 2002 to 2012, he worked at Pink Television as an editor, animator and photographer.
In 2004, he discovered the world of stock photography and, along with his regular job, began to actively engage in it.
Thanks to the faster internet, content is slowly changing and stock videos are becoming more and more popular in the stock market. That gave rise to the idea of trying aerial photography using drones, which were still in their infancy at the time.
In 2010, he founded the company Helivideo. With serious investments in equipment and knowledge, the business with drones and aerial photography is expanding very quickly and brings Dragan a large number of interesting projects that allow him to film around the world, cooperate with numerous international and domestic productions and to really enjoy the job.
