The opinion of the Council is that a special category of domestic films should be introduced, which would be specially awarded, all in order to stimulate domestic production of this type of film. Domestic films would also fight equally for the main awards of the festival.
The Golden Pincum Awards will be given to the best Serbian films in the tourist and environmental film category.
As tourism is a complex area, up to 3 Blue Danube awards will be given in the categories of tourist film
